Liz Tawa

Liz began running after a promising performance in an elementary school fun run, and she never looked back.  Although her time running in college was largely hindered by injury, Liz received individual All-Mideast Region Honors in the 2014 NCAA Cross Country Regional Championships and ended her career at Swarthmore with six All-Centennial Conference First Team selections, two school records, and one conference record on a relay.  Liz is looking forward to making up lost time with GRC, and she hopes to set PRs across both mid-distance and longer distance events on the track. Liz is also thrilled to be back in her home state of Maryland, as she pursues her MPH at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
