Growing up with parents who competed in triathlons, Connor always knew he wanted to give running a shot. While he played soccer and swam in his younger years, he joined the cross country team his junior year of high school and was instantly hooked. Connor went on to run collegiately at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and found the most success in his final year, which was highlighted by being a scoring member of the team that placed 9th at DIII XC Nationals and winning the conference championship in the indoor 5000. With GRC, Connor is excited to continue competing and setting PRs across a variety of races. Professionally, Connor works as a Software Engineer in Washington, DC.
