Tessa started running track in junior high to stay in shape for field hockey, and quickly fell in love with the sport and never looked back. During her legendary high school career, Tessa was the 2013 Footlocker XC champion, won two more national championships in indoor track, broke the national high school record for the indoor 5000, and won three Pennsylvania state titles. Tessa stayed close to home to run for Penn State where she was a two-time All-American, set school records in the indoor 3000 and 5000, and was a member of Big Ten Championship teams in cross country and outdoor track. Tessa works at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
