June started running track in 7th grade and developed a passion for the sport. In high school, she helped Marietta High School win two Georgia State Team Championships and earned multiple top finishes, including 2nd runner up 2019 State Championships and 7th place team at the 2018 Nike Cross Regionals. At American University, June was an NCAA Division 1 athlete and dual Bachelors/Masters student in International Affairs, earning All-League Team honors and 2 MVP awards. She holds Top 10 all-time school records marks in five events. Her goals with GRC are to refine the 5k and 10k distances and hopefully build up to the half-marathon and full marathon. June now works as a Program Assistant/Data Analyst for Jefferson Consulting Group.
