Alex started running in 6th grade to get back in shape for soccer after being sidelined for months from a concussion. As a high schooler, he qualified for Nike Cross Nationals and led his team to a state cross country championship his senior year. From there he ran at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of their 2019 Ivy League Championship winning team. Alex’s goals are to get back to setting personal bests on the track and on the road before eventually tackling the marathon. Alex works as a Mechanical Engineer.
