Connor started running in high school in Massachusetts and continued on with the Bowdoin College cross-country and track teams. The day after he graduated from college, Connor ran his first marathon with only his senior track season as preparation. While training in the Boston running community, Connor began pursuing the Olympic Trials standard after he won the 2021 Providence, Rhode Island marathon. In 2022 at Grandma’s Marathon, Connor qualified for the Olympic Trials. He had the great privilege of competing with the best marathoners in the US at the 2024 Trials in Orlando, which has been the highlight of his running career. With GRC, Connor is focused on developing his craft as a marathoner and competing across longer road distances. Outside of running, Connor works as an environmental conservationist for the federal government.
